Refund Policy

There is one paid thing here: Plus, $10 USD a month. If it isn’t what you wanted, email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full — no argument, no form to fill in. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund on it.

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or quote the invoice number from your Paddle receipt. We reply within two business days.

Paddle, our merchant of record, issues the refund to the card or account you paid with, and it usually lands within three to five business days depending on your bank. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email — either route works.

Ask anyway. Subscriptions renew monthly, so a charge you didn’t mean to keep paying is never more than a month old, and we would rather refund it than argue about a tenner. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this page does — the EU and UK withdrawal right, for instance — that right wins, and nothing here limits it.

Cancelling and refunding are separate things: cancelling stops the next charge, a refund returns the last one. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt email, or email us and we’ll do it for you.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — Plus keeps working until then. After that your account returns to the free plan: your agents stay, with their chats, names and sign-ins intact, and their machines go back under the free plan’s three-day idle recycling. If you are over the free plan’s one-agent limit, nothing is deleted; you simply can’t add more until you are back under it.

If something looks wrong on your statement, email us before your bank — we can usually sort it out the same day, and a chargeback costs us a fee and gets your account suspended while the bank investigates. Genuine unauthorised charges we refund on sight.
